Hi, I’m Rino Zannakis
I’m a self-taught photographer based in Southern Sydney with a deep passion for landscape, seascape, wildlife, astro/nightscape, and abstract photography.
My journey into photography began with a simple point-and-shoot film camera and later, digital compact cameras, capturing moments during road trips. It wasn’t until I purchased my first DSLR, a Canon 550D, in 2010 that I truly began to immerse myself in photography. I started teaching myself how to use my camera and how to process my photos using Photoshop and Lightroom.
I love the adventure of exploring new locations and the creative process of photography, from shooting the images to editing them and finally printing the results. Each step offers an opportunity to learn and improve, and that’s what keeps me going.
